What you see is what you get, and what you get is warm, genuine, uplifting connections and a sense of belonging. Whether you’re a member of the chorus, a member of the audience, a fellow singer, or an interested visitor, we connect with you, authentically and generously. 

Cultivating INCLUSIVITY 

We cultivate an inclusive chorus through ongoing awareness, understanding, and celebration of our varied and complex identities, experiences, and perspectives. We model open and transparent two-way communication where every member has a voice and contributes to our unique, holistic experience.

Fostering JOY

We know how to have fun! Whatever moment we find ourselves in, joy is a constant energy that centres around our shared goals and achievements, and the friendships and connections that make it all possible.

Manifesting EXCELLENCE

To us, excellence means two things. It is a dream, and it is also a standard that we demonstrably live by. By providing education and opportunity in a supportive and safe space, our singers are empowered to be courageous in their musical and personal journeys. Individually and collectively, we dream big and work smart to achieve our goals.

Land Acknowledgement 

We acknowledge that we rehearse and perform on the lands of the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta, which includes the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Piikani and Kainani First Nations), as well as the Tsuut’ina First Nation, and the Stoney Nakoda (including the Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Wesley First Nations). The city of Calgary is also home to Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3.

We make this acknowledgement as a first step toward reconciliation and as an act of gratitude to those whose territory we reside on or are visiting.
